- SSShaneMay 7, 20252.0I requested an estimate for flooring repairs several weeks ago. While the representative who came out was very courteous and professional, I never received a quote by phone or email after the visit. Ultimately, I had to move forward with another company. In the future, it would be appreciated if the company simply let clients know if they are unable to take on the work. Clear communication goes a long way.

And she helped me with the metal trim (I forgot what it's called ) to finish a tile when bullnose isn't used. Dan Y is always helpful too. He wasn't there today while I was in. I also purchased our carpeting from Y's ways and look forward to scheduling our install.
