  At the end of last summer, I used Xtreme Property Maintenance located in Wellsville, for a one-time property maintenance at the home I was getting ready to sell for a family member. Jessica and her husband stopped by to see exactly what I needed done and be able to provide me with a quote by email in a few days. I needed all the flowerbeds cleared out, there were several, weed whacking of some areas I couldn’t get to you with a mower, trimming the shrubs and trees to clean them up as well removing and disposing of a few bushes that were dying and taking some brush that had been laying here from being knocked down in a storm. Just a few days after the site visit, I received a quote by email. I found the pricing for their services to be very comparable, if not more reasonable, than other local property maintenance businesses. I reached out and scheduled a future date for the maintenance. When that day came, Jessica arrived with her team and checked in with me. They had a quick meeting, divided up tasks and got right to work. I found everyone to be quick and efficient - yet thorough and very tidy as they went. A few months ago, I ended up selling my house and purchasing that same home from my family member. I was just thinking I needed to email Jessica again to come back out and please help me fix what I let overgrow when I realized I never gave her a Google review like I promised!   I messaged Xtreme Property Services about cleaning debris. they got right back to me and got out and removed everything rather quickly. I'm very pleased with their service and will use them again. They are reasonably priced and I highly recommend them.

  I can’t say enough about the awesome job Xtreme Property Services, LLC did around our place. Awesome communication leading up to the start of the job, showed up when promised, knocked it out quick and worked exceptionally clean. I highly recommend this company and Todd and Jessica are such a pleasure to work with!! A+ THANK YOU!!!

  We cannot say enough good things about these folks!! As well as all of the above, they are good at explaining things, suggesting alternate solutions and making sure the customer is satisfied, which we are. Every time. Thanks folks, for all the great service!!
