They have such a large variety of items available to rent! Prices are very reasonable, and there are several ways to pay for your rental. I opted for credit card where the deposit was charged at booking, and the remainder of the rental fee was charged 2 days prior to my event. The company communicated with me via text and email throughout the entire process. The night before, I was given a drop-off window. The day of, when traffic caused a delivery delay, I received a phone call with an updated time of delivery. The inflatable was brand new (it still had that new smell!)! Pristine condition. My son (and all of his party guests) loved bouncing in it. The ultimate surprise was being able to have the inflatable over night due to them having another delivery nearby the following morning. Xtreme Inflatables of LA is running a wonderful business - professional, open line of communication, following through with everything, and being so friendly!
