Dropped it off overnight and didn't receive any call back this morning. I called them after 11am and was just told "We won't get to it until tomorrow". I understand that things happen, maybe someone didn't show up, but just give a call to notify customers. I picked it up at noon since I need my car for tomorrow, they didn't say anything, just handed me the key, which is scary that they will give it to anyone without identification. I've used them in the past and they seemed okay, but won't be back.
