I rented a unit there back in April. My initial payment was for the last two weeks of April and the entire month of May. Was required to pay that up front. Well I was blessed enough to find a place a week after I rented that storage unit. So my stuff was actually in there for only one week. They would not give me my money back for the month of May. Said it was policy she also brought up that I left my lock on there. Did that on purpose because technically it was my storage unit until the end of May. I told her to cut it off. I wouldn't be surprised if they re-rented that unit and got paid twice.
