Overrated. Bad service. Rooms are normal. Nothing special here. Must have paid all the social media influencers to recommend this hotel. They made us wait until 5 pm to be able to check into our room, and another 1.5 hours for the bell man to deliver our suitcases. The location is not good either, as it is far up the strip and away from everything.
The cleanliness of the room and the overall checkout process were disappointing. When I arrived, there was trash on the floor and hair—clearly not mine—on the shower tiles and in the bathtub. It made me question how thoroughly the room had been cleaned, which is unacceptable at any hotel, let alone one positioned as a luxury property.
I reported the issue to a manager, who took my email and said someone would follow up, but I never heard back. That lack of response made the situation even worse. I would have expected a hotel like the Wynn to take accountability and make it right. Unfortunately, that did not happen, and it left me very dissatisfied with my stay.
Very comfy beds and spacious rooms. There's always something going on to keep you busy. Great parties over the weekend. Location is away from the centre of the action.
I really wanted to Love this hotel 😩 but the fact that the couch was dirty and the food options was not great unless you wanted to go down to a restaurant.
I never starved in Vegas like I did when I stayed here and I come to Vegas often. This was my first time not having a car in Vegas and thought it would be ok since it’s a luxury hotel but definitely will be getting a car if I ever stay here again so I can eat offsite. Sad to say circus circus had better after hour food options
The bed was so comfortable, the body wash was really good and the view was amazing! The hotel itself was very beautiful!!

I expected a premium experience at the Wynn, but was disappointed from the moment we checked in. Staff were cold and unwelcoming, offering no directions or guidance around the hotel. Our room, while beautifully decorated, lacked basic amenities like a coffee machine. Room service felt superficial—just the bed was made, and I had to call twice to get the trash emptied in both the bathroom and room.
When ordering food, the service took close to an hour and a half, and they still got our order wrong. We were still charged for the incorrect dish and an automatic 18% gratuity, which we had no option to decline. I’ve stayed in much cheaper hotels with far better service and attention to detail.
Even in the casino, after hours at the slots, not once was I offered a drink—something that’s standard at nearly every other Vegas hotel. Overall, the service was lacking across the board, and I wouldn’t return based on this experience.
