- MPMatt PerrinOct 11, 20252.0Honestly I have not had the best experience living in Wyckford Commons. I moved in August of this year. Firstly, there were roaches immediately in my apartment upon moving in. Cockroaches in my living room and kitchen. I submitted a maintenance request and maintenance came. However, there were still roaches in my kitchen. Additionally, there is dry paint all over the light switches, towel holders, and door latches. The craftsmanship is very poor. Also, there is constant music blaring at all times. I am writing this review to help those looking for places to move to. I would avoid moving to Wyckford Commons.

They are by far the best maintenance professionals that I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. Their professionalism, expertise, and positive attitudes have made every service call an exceptional experience. Not to mention how they respond to requests with remarkable speed and are also always quick to diagnose and fix the issue with a high level of skill. Additionally, when they do any work, the problem is not only fixed but they also take the time to explain to me what went wrong and how/if I could prevent it in the future. They are unfailingly kind, approachable, and always has a positive attitude, which makes it much more comfortable to have around. And on multiple occasions have gone above and beyond what is expected! It is incredibly reassuring to know that we have such a knowledgeable, attentive and dependable crew on staff. Their top-notch service makes a significant difference in my living experience. MOST DEFINITELY 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
