Was referred to them by Texas Combined Arms, the process went great until my case was assigned to Jessica who would schedule phone meetings and then not answer my calls. After the 4th attempt and 4th excuse for it being missed I gave up. If y'all are dealing with a lot of cases and cannot get to mine I understand that but let me know instead of scheduling phone interviews you and then ignoring my calls.

I was told I could receive help on a few different services. I spent hours out of my day, losing out on the money I very much need right nor for my daughter, spoke to multiple people, and was told I would get help. When it came time to get help, they gave every loophole to not help with anything. Back to square one unsure how I can even move forward.

Helpful in what aspect? Just there to pocket off donations, my spouse and myself have tried to get assistance/help through WWP and have not received any support. For profit organization with no actions to Veterans seeking help.
