- MRMike RedfieldJun 29, 20255.0Tracey was amazing. She helped me with my trip to New York, where I proposed to my girlfriend at Yankee Stadium via the centerfield scoreboard. She said yes!!!! She handled all our details from flight, hotels, limo driver, and restaurants. Trip was the best ever. She is now helping me with my wife's birthday gift for a trip to Niagra Falls this September. I'm sure it'll be just as amazing. Tracey is tops in our book and we will go to her for all future vacations!!!!!

- MRMichael RhodesMar 19, 20231.0If I could give negative stars, I would. I called this business to help with planning a trip to Australia and a trip next year to Hawaii. I need a new travel agent because, sadly, my last agent passed away from cancer. I am not sure who I spoke with on the phone, but I was appalled by her attitude and response. She said that she could not help me and then hung up. Really! That is a sure-fire way to gain new clients - Ha ha (yes, I am being sarcastic here). I am a frequent traveler (at least 4 trips a year). Now, apparently, she does not need any more clients, so DO NOT waste your time calling the agent. I have found an agent who cares about me being their client and goes out of her way.
