This past time I went 15 minutes before close and when I got home and opened the tube of the mood thca there was no pre roll inside. I called immediately the next day when they were open to ask for a refund, told them I took pictures and how shocked I was as this had never happened before. The owner refused a refund saying “it was over 24 hours” when in reality it was way less than 24 hours. They explained since it was a new day they couldn’t help me even though I came right before close. They claimed they couldn’t know exactly when I was there. Aren’t there cameras with time stamps? I paid $18 for a cardboard tube. I informed them I would leave a review of my experience and dispute with my bank, plus I will no longer be bringing my business there. Absolutely poor business management. I already found the new place I will be shopping at and their hours/inventory is way better.
