- RKRocky kOct 25, 20251.0The free mushroom mug which suppose to be free for customer, the manager Marquis at Bergen town mall, saying that they don’t have anymore they sold out. However I found one in store and took to the counter , manager denied to give the mug, saying it is a different mug. I showed him the add which doesn’t say size of the mug, still Manager says it is different and cannot give it to me. Either manger is at fault or the store is false advertising . I understand the rules, but customer support especially when customer spends time to find one which is advertised and Manager denying that to give it customer is a terrible thing. I hope the higher management investigate how many free items were really given to customers as many other customers also complaining it. If the manager is right then they should stop false advertisement .

Unfortunately when I had an item that was on sale, the cashier did not believe me about the item price I told him that was on sale. And even after that he went looked for it and checked it, and verified I was right, he got back to the counter, the he said he needed a manager to fix the price and no one was available. I had to leave the item otherwise had to wait for long minutes. He even didn’t say a simple sorry.

- COChris OhanlonAug 2, 20255.0The manager (a younger guy) was super helpful. Respectful of his staff, had to multi-task a lot due to the store being busy, but always made sure he had time to help everyone.
