All the workers were talking at the front which is fine, I don't care but when I asked a question they seemed reluctant to help. I asked to check out and the women ringing me up continued talking to her coworkers while with me. She didn't look me in the face at all, was typing on her phone and only talked to me in like one word sentences. I honestly though about not buying anything at all because they clearly don't want any customers to bother them. I totally understand taking a second to catch up with your coworkers or quickly respond to a text but I don't think it should be to the point that your customers feel like burdens. As a customer service worker myself, I'd want to know if this was the service my clients received.
