- CGCiara GouletteSep 7, 20253.0Great merchandise. Scary bathroom. It looks like something from a horror movie. I don’t believe this is the retail associates’ fault. Store management needs to ensure the bathroom is cleaned regularly (the sign out sheet for bathroom checks on the door was completely blank) and corporate needs to take the time to ensure the bathroom facilities are in decent condition, repainting the walls, replacing broken or clearly irreparable fixtures, and hiring professional cleaners periodically.

Naturally, I returned to the store to exchange it for an unopened one. Unfortunately, the cashier appeared confused and needed to call the manager, Michelle. When Michelle came out, rather than apologizing or addressing the issue professionally, she was immediately dismissive and insinuated that I was lying, stating “her store wouldn’t sell anything opened already.” When I pointed out another opened package on the shelf, she still refused to acknowledge or rectify the problem. Michele’s attitude was rude, unapologetic, and highly unprofessional. This experience left me disappointed and reluctant to shop here again. Still got my exchange at the end after all of this. Still doesn’t justify the way she acted. Worst customer service ever.
