Had a poor experience here. I bought a couple half bottles of rose and they were marked 5.99. They rang up 12 dollars and I said I thought they were 5.99. The manager on duty walked me over and said they had been price marked incorrectly and he “wished I was right” so he could honor the price. Instead he removed the price tag of the incorrect priced items and said he couldn’t do anything. No apology. He showed me a picture of the item it should have been. Not sure why that matters to me when they were stocked in the wrong place. Was disappointed the manager wouldn’t just adjust the price or even apologize. Will not be returning to this store ever. Poor customer service

Double check the expiration date of any of the food you buy here.
I happened to be in the area and bought 3 packs of different Cadbury chocolates.
When I got home I realized that 1 bag of Oreo bites had melted together into 1 big glob and another bag of Cadbury buttons was 3 months expired 🤦🏻♀️
This location was 30 mins from my home so it wasn’t worth the gas / time to drive all the way back so I called to see if I could get a refund over the phone but the manager said that wasn’t possible. I even emailed their online customer service with a scan of my receipt and they said it wasn’t possible.
I highly doubt that is the case so long as I have my order number and other purchase information given how advanced their POS systems are.
What a waste of money.

There was this one guy at the counter who kept disgusting face upon asking questions like where can I find this item
It was my way back from work
He made it more worse by putting up face like he is seeing a homeless person
Truly disturbed by his unfriendly gestures
Customer service and satisfaction plays an important role in any business
And how you make them feel and treated should always be the priority
