- BBB BOct 24, 20252.0Whatever happened to the right to refuse service? There is not a job in the world that I’d tolerate being treated the way this cashier was treated today. These 2 female customers were so mean and it was uncalled for. The person training her just let it happen and this was the woman’s third day on the job. What kind of establishment is this that employees are treated with this type of disrespect. No way that the 2 experienced workers didn’t see or hear what was going on. You guys were standing right next to her! I told her that she was doing a good job, something she probably should have been told by those training her. It’s reasons like this that people don’t want to work in customer service. Very little support from management. Very disappointing. You don’t treat people that way, ever.
