Ran into issue about shipping from store etc. instead of telling me I’m SOL - they helped me with a work around that would allow for the full discount I was planning on. Wonderful customer service!

I called to speak with the manager and informed her of this incident. Not once did she apologize for this incident. I made sure to let her know that I buy what I want and never in the habit of stealing. I will be sure to post this on every social media outlet to let Black people know to be aware of shopping at the World Market off Market Street in Middleton, Wisconsin.
