Horrible experience with manager at st. Charles store on January 29th at 4:49 pm!!!! I saw a set of three succulent pictures were on sale for 34.99, regularly 69.99. Then I saw two of the set in their 50% off bin placed singularly for sale as one must have been broken. One of the two in the sale bin was also damaged. It had a damaged frame and the backing paper was ripped. So I brought the one that was still in good condition up to the register to purchase. I stated it had no price on it. I said I assumed that the price would be the 69.99 divided by 3 and then 50% off. The cashier called an associate up and he said he would speak to the manager. I was then told I had to buy both the damaged one and the one i carried up for 29.99. I said i didn't want the damaged one just this one. There was three people behind me in line so I just purchased the rest of the items and asked to speak with the manager. The associate said she was at the back of the store. Went back and both the associate and manager walked into the back room. I knocked, went back to the cashier and the went back again and knocked. The associate finally came out and said she was busy. They would not sell me the picture unless I bought the damaged one! Unbelievably rude service on manager's behalf!!
