There’s a huge cockroach on the floor by the snack section. I’ve never seen anything like this in a grocery store. I wanted to alert the staff, but they seemed unapproachable and unfriendly. The store’s hygiene is seriously questionable.

Clean and extremely well-stocked. This store has a much larger selection than the Perimeter location

After the death of an infant, the female manager Katie refused to return nursery items saying they were purchased more then 30 days ago. She did not apologize. She was whispering and laughing with a coworker. This is more then poor customer service. This is a lack of human decency and was traumatizing in an already devastating situation.
