I understand you have pallets to unload but you don’t have to disclose that to the customer no matter what the question was, I felt your anger against all the pallets you have to unload should’ve been directed towards unloading them instead voicing “it wouldn’t help unload any faster if you did come up here” after asking could I just check for the product. I made an online order at 11:30 the night of & it’s the day after in the afternoon. I would’ve been okay with a simple response but that didn’t sit well with me especially dealing with customer service myself.
