I went in the front door and immediately nabbed an employee for assistance in finding the product. She very gladly walked me to the product which was, of course, in the very rear of the store. Employee was very pleasant and helpful! Good job and thanks very much!

A special thanks to Traute, for her exemplary customer service. Although I live 45 minutes away, it is well worth the trip for all the goodies, decor, and friendly service.

Your cashier, Parker, provided the best customer service I have ever experienced. She helped me get a 15 percent discount on my total bill, which was over $100. Your manager was also top-notch. My daughter lost her phone. She thought it was at the outlet park, but it was pinging on Malphus Rd, which is where World Market is. The store was closing, but the manager took our information, and while we were traveling back home, she called to say they found it and were putting it in the safe. It is rare these days to find employees who go the extra mile. This store is top-notch.
