Laura, had such incredible patience with my situation. She tried multiple ways of locating my credit card. I led her on a wild goose chase, thinking I had bought it in the store, and as it turns out, I bought it online! She did finally find the transaction on the credit card I used. Appreciate the fact that she was determined to help me return this item. Very customer service oriented! Thank you very much Laura.

First, if you want to do curbside pickup, the pickup locations are well marked, but they offer no insight as to if they are spots for this store or the furniture store next door. No logo, no words, just a generic pickup sign that makes ypu wonder where you are going. Second, it takes forever for the store to bring your items out, its honestly just faster to pop inside and buy them yourself. Third, if you reserve an item and its available, go grab it immediately because the store will sell it out from under you if they have the opportunity to sell it to someone else, and then they will claim that they "unexpectedly ran out of stock" despite holding the item for you the previous day
