- MOM OmSep 5, 20252.0Watch out for Jeanine she is the rudest employee to work for world market. She got mad at me for playing the game more than one time when I didn't. I ask her about an item she said no like she was mad at me and walk away. Avoid this employee by all means.
- ZJZak JamesSep 5, 20251.0I’m not the type to leave negative reviews. However, I will no longer be shopping at this (or any) World Market location. I ordered two lamps online in early July; they arrived less than a week later - both broken. I returned them to this location, and was not refunded for shipping. I elected to order two more lamps to the store and pick them up so not to risk broken lamps sent to my home again. I was told I’d be called when they arrived. When over a month passed, I contacted the store and they could not locate the order. I then visited the store twice and was told they would arrive end of August. Well, I visited the store a third time - now over two months since I initially ordered the lamps - and they still could not locate them or give me a date for delivery. I elected to give up and go buy lamps elsewhere. I’ve never had such poor customer service or order fulfillment with any company, especially over something so simple as a pair of lamps. So if you shop here, make sure it’s for something you do not need to order or expect to return.
