Thankfully, I’ve filed a dispute and know I have other avenues to explore/file complaints…but it shouldn’t have to get to this level. Customer service has been baffling…each time they say a manager is going to call me back…they never do. Depending on the customer service rep you speak to, they have a different answer of what is occurring with my refund. Reminder to customers: Untimely refunds on interest accruing accounts can have legal implications…so don’t hesitate to file complaints to FTC, CFPB, BBB, and the local attorney general. I also recommend communicating with customer service via email vs phone so there is a paper trail to prove how they are handling (or lack thereof) your complaint.
