Today I went to pick up some chairs - there was some sort of technical issue with payment that I was never notified about via my world market account; however, Kevin and Daniel were BEYOND helpful at resolving the issue (which was absolutely not their fault in the first place). They were kind, patient, worked hard, and made sure the issue was resolved so that we could leave with the chairs that I have been wanting for the past couple of years!
