  Dawn was a very helpful person for the last two days and over the phone when I was sick she went beyond call of duty . That type of person need to be working here. OK, OK

  Overpriced selection. I went in asking for jersey material t shirts the style with perforations for summertime airflow. The staff had no idea what I was talking about even though they have an entire wall dedicated to it. They do have an ok selection but 40$ for a t shirt I'm going to cover in grease and grime is silly. They do have some cheaper options for 20$ but they are just 4$ sweatshop glidan t shirts with the store's ugly logo on them which I think devalues the shirt. Anyway it's my last time shopping here, there's better places all over. Sportco in fife has better prices and selection and they don't put sportco all over their shirts.

  Lots from the Carhartt collection so I came in before I was to take a flight out of town. The Tukwila location did not have my size so I asked the salesman if I could pay to have the correct size shipped to me from the northernmost location. He gave a curt “no”. I asked for the manager and in like attitude he said if I wanted the shirt I would have to make an hour drive. I got the nicer lady to call and place one on hold at the Lynnwood location for me. So I made my trek across Washington to find out once I arrive that they held aside the wrong shirt. Dodie came over and said I could go 20 minutes further north to Everett. I explained that I already drove an hour from Tukwila. Initial response was oh I’m sorry you will have to continue your forever journey. I explained the service tone deafness of the response and Dodie finally received the message. She cared enough to take my number and promise a follow up. I continued on to Everett as I needed the shirt for the trip and when I arrived at the Everett location they refused to honor the multiple pair discount because I purchased all the other items at the other location. Sooo I asked Michelle for the discount and Cindy’s email for feedback. Wow, Michelle refused. I asked another associate who finally agreed. On my way out I asked to use the restroom. Oh no!! Ever since Covid no way. So I ran down the street to relieve myself. CINDY ! HELP !! This can’t be your vision of customer service.
