They said that it would be installed last week, then it turned into the following week. I Called on monday, they said not today. Didnt even give a date of install. Called yesterday and they said the installer didnt show up for work and they have NO CLUE when it will be installed. By the way, they have NEVER called us to update, we have had to call them every time. I have paid over 5000$ to stare at in my pool in boxes in my back yard. I get that its summer time and everyone wants a pool> which means a long waitlist> whatever! At least have the courtesy to call and update your customers!
