Looks like all they did was run the clippers down her back and called it a day. Legs not touched. I could have done this at home. Left them a msg on messenger & they just called me to apologize and redo the grooming. I declined their offer to be subjected to more mishandling. Will find a more professional business to do my dogs grooming. Very sick about my experience today.
