  Unless you are waiting to die you don't want this place. The Tennant's do nothing but file complaints. The management is nice as pie to your face and spend their time making your life misserable. Tennant's keep windows wide open and then complain about what they heàr. Yet the 2 months I have been here I have not had a descent night's sleep. Our first complaint was not even 30 minutes after we started moving in. They are very intolerant and if they decide you don't fit. Watch Out. I have decided due to the stressI am moving. Oh and be careful they charge you for income you don't have. I was in Texas during COVID and did not get a pfd. They refused to listen and nd added it anyway. Hopefully if you rent here you will fit in with the total lack of friendliness.

  Years ago, my first husband and I found this apartment for my mother in law who was moving up from Washington state, she was a senior citizen and disabled. The management at that time made sure that she received a downstairs unit as she was paralyzed in one leg .We were extremely happy with the cleanliness of the apartment and she was extremely happy too. She lived happily there for about 5 years until she unfortunately had to have around the clock medical care and moved to Heritage place. Now it is our turn to look for senior and disability housing for ourselves and this wonderful apartment building will be our first choice. .
