  The delivery guys are great but LITERALLY every time I have called, every year for at LEAST 12 years, probably more, every single person who has answered the phone has been a complete jerk, men AND women! Next year I am going to Glassmere. I was late getting oil one year and couldn't get a delivery in time before my oil ran out, so I used them and they were very personable. I seriously don't know why I keep using this company!
