  Max and the whole crew at Woodchuck are top-notch. I'm an (old) skater and have seen my share of decks. I don't know where they source their wood, but this is good quality stuff.   I've been skating for 20 years and I'm really picky about my set ups. Because of that I've always stayed away from blank decks, I was convinced the high quality only came from big brands. This 8.5 I got from woodchuck is better than I could have expected. I'm very impressed and equally as satisfied. I'll be ordering from them again, and I'll be recommending them to my friends. For reference, I'm talking about the 8.5 symmetrical deck.
