Michael was an absolute delight of a host and made us feel safe and welcome. The hotel is beautiful and filled with gorgeous antiques, I felt transported to early 20th century Texas lol. There is a backyard and a restaurant too. Loved the place.

Our family was visiting from out of state and this was the perfect place to meet in the middle between Houston and Dallas. We had an amazing lunch - everything was so good and fresh with tomatoes and other vegetables from local farms. After lunch, the owner Mike, encouraged us to sit in the lobby and catch up. We didn't want to be in the way but he insisted, knowing we hadn't been together in so long. Everyone here made us feel welcomed! We are definitely going to be back, and next time we'd love to stay the night! Such a gorgeous venue with love poured into every detail. Don't miss out!
