  Attentive and courteous front desk staff. The hotel is smaller than anticipated, but okay for the kind of stay we needed at the time. Very hard bed and uncomfortable pillows. It is my first hotel stay where there wasn't at least one fluffy comfortable pillow. They offer snow shoes for the guest to use to explore the surrounding areas. There is a yoga mat and exercise band available in the room. They seem to be following cleaning protocols for COVID-19, but all the cups and utensils available in the room are reusable ones. Cozy lobby seating area, and a relaxing seating area by the fire outside. Small town charm!

  Was a great experience, until my girlfriend and I had problems with the manager, a maid walked in without knocking! At 9am!, the manager was not easy to get ahold of and when she called me back she was rude and insisted who we described didnt match one of the workers and wouldn't even compensate by doing anything this is a total violation of privacy and I would reccomend if the staff knew how to treat the unhappy guests. Not happy at all not helpful at all wony be returning the management needs to be fixed !
