  I would not deal with this company, unless you’re ready to be faced with rudeness and unprofessionalism! Every time I call they act like I’m bothering them. In the process of selling our house and we ran out of propane, realtor said we cannot sell the house unless the furnace is running…… So I called Wood to have them fill. They was actually going to try to keep our credit with them because “they don’t do a partial fill”. I just wanted them to put the remainder of our credit with them in our tanks so that we could close on the sale of our house. DONE with this company!

  Last fill still never got a bill. Since they only mail one... lady said oh I'll mail another one. Called again how about that bill oh I'll mail another one.no one else has a problem getting our bill. Very rude office workers.Cant ever reach anyone in office. Then when i do. Im charged out the back door in late fees and was billed for 500 gal. Funny i called at 20%An they stop at 80%. Thats 300 gal. Filling. Charged me for 500 gals still never got that receipt either .. i wouldn't recommend this company for the life of me they did me so wrong since day 1
