We did Oknaplast sliders as our replacement windows. Our salesperson Ryan was transparent on the pricing and after the quotes we had received, we were very happy with price, financing options, and the wonder warranty. The best part? He didn't give us a 4 hour long pitch, he knew what he was selling and was able to give us the rundown pretty quickly and made it very easy for us to make the decision. We did a little digging and went for it. We went with the triple pane Low E sliders. After checking reviews, I felt confident to move forward. The measuring appointment went smoothly and our windows were installed within 4 months of our first meeting with Ryan. This week, we had Spencer, Ethan, and Val here to install. Spencer managed the project and was very transparent throughout the install, answered all my questions and he kept me informed of progress all the way through the install. We had the original 60 year old windows so there were a few challenges around removing the old windows, but the team was able to build a strategy that was as minimally invasive as possible. They were all very detail oriented, respectful of the property, and focused on good craftsmanship. Our one window came with a slight defect, one of the catches for the lock had snapped, the other lock still works so it is fine in the interim. A new one was ordered the same day that the defect was found, so now we are just waiting for that final piece. I am very happy with the work completed and quality of the windows for the price. I would definitely work with them again in the future for our other home projects.

Dave Thornbury was down to earth when initially presenting their window product and super helpful in ironing out the details. Steve Klover and Matthew Varney followed up within a week to perform final measurements which they handled professionally while double checking everything on the work order. My install is scheduled for later this fall and I can't wait to see the new look from Wonder! Will update with before and after photos after the install.
