    I had Wolverine Power install a 10k unit last January. Even through they rescheduled the install three times, I finally got it installed. Last Sunday the unit went out. I have contacted them and left messages for the service manager and have received no response. I can see them being busy and letting me know It might be a week or two to get someone out but no response at all is very unprofessional and disrespectful. I have been in the service industry for 25 years and I know that good follow-up and communication is key to customer satisfaction. I'll be moving on to a different company for service.

    It is 10:29pm 3/30/22. Over the course of the last three months I have spent over $2000 to get Wolverine Power Systems to get my relatively new Generac generator to simply turn on automatically when the power goes out. They have been out here at least three times with this being the primary goal, charging me for the service calls and replacing parts to no avail. The last visit they left with the proclamation of success. Not so. I just woke up to find out I have a running generator but no electricity. So, despite the $2k plus I’ve paid this company to fix my generator so it automatically switches on (the way it is designed to do) when my power goes out I had to go out in the freezing ran, wind, dark to manually figure out how to switch it on —- good thing I was here or I would have suffered lots of broken pipes etc. So far the only thing that seems to work well at this company is their accounting department that emphatically insists on you paying upfront for services before they show-up. After two unsuccessful visits I finally convinced them to give me a break and allow me to pay them after their visit (which I did in full) only to find out that again, they didn’t fix the problem. Not a happy customer …. To be continued On 4/7/22 Wolverine’s service Technician Dennis came out to our house and fixed our generator at no additional cost to me. I believe he is an excellent technician and he spent a significant amount of time diagnosing the problem and trying different solutions to fix the issue with success. I also must give him extra credit due to the complexity of my system having one generator with two boxes servicing two building. Although it was somewhat of a struggle solving this problem, a gentleman by the name of Kyle who manages customer service for them said all the right things and backed his words up with actions. I’m happy with the end result and will continue my service agreement with them and recommend them for service work, especially, if you have a complex system like mine.
