  Wolff Heating & Cooling HVAC System Techs, Adam & Levi, demonstrated professionalism and extensive knowledge of the swamp coolers they were installing at my house. These new units were assembled in record time showing a high degree of team work and efficiency. The old units were completely removed. I'm very pleased with the service that Wolff's HVAC Techs performed. Five star rating !!

  I have used Wolff several times and have been very pleased with them. More than once, they have squeezed me into their schedule. Joe is very nice and friendly and knowledgeable and always calls back when I leave a message. Levi is often one that comes to do service to my swamp cooler and heater and he is also friendly and thorough. I have recommenced Wolff to other people.

  This review is somewhat delayed. I had an appointment with Joe on April 3, 2024. After reminding him of the scheduled time at 8am, he arrived, briefly inspected my crawl space, indicated that he would provide an estimate, and then departed. Unfortunately, I never received any follow-up or estimate. In situations like this, I believe it is more professional to communicate directly if there is no interest in taking on the project. While many reviewers highlight positive experiences with Joe, it is also important to acknowledge instances where service and follow-up did not meet expectations. Consistent communication and reliability are essential for maintaining customer trust.
