Tim, the service manager, was professional, organized, and easy to work with. He kept things moving on the claim and made sure we had everything we needed without delay. It’s clear he takes his role seriously and values good communication — definitely appreciated his help throughout the process.

We broke down heading to Colorado and right away we called this place. Both on the phone and when we first arrived, they told us that they could get us in right away as they were not busy at all. They said we needed to wait for the mechanic to come back from lunch. Again, we were told they're not busy at all. After a brief wait, a red Jeep pulled up, and a person jumped out and went inside for less than a minute before getting back in his Jeep. After he arrived, the person who told us they could get us in then came out to tell us they wouldn't be able to look at our vehicle until tomorrow. I'm not sure of the connection between the red Jeep person and the Ford shop, but I will find out. If there is one I have an inkling as to why they wouldn't service us, and yes, I'll be doing something about it. One particular incident caught my eye when the person in the Jeep pulled up. My girlfriend was in a conversation with an older gentleman who was literally working on his hands and knees, clearing cracks in the parking lot. The person who jumped out the Jeep did not acknowledge us but told the man in a hyper rude tone, to "get back to work," and the older gentleman almost ashamed did as he was told. Who is that man? Why, when he arrived, were they suddenly too busy to service us? Does Ford HQ know that they're hiring a laborer to work on his hands and knees in the sun to clear cracks with what looked like a toothbrush? We're a family of mixed race and unfortunately, we've experienced this before but you can bet I'll get the answers to my questions. Nevertheless, we traveled a short distance down the road to the Firestone and got good quality service from some very nice people who also mentioned how slow it was on this day. In fact, during our brief stay, we had great encounters with every other Ogallalan we came across. Stay tuned.
