We did not end up using this business, so I cannot speak about the quality of work. Only because we never entered into that phase. Al is a great guy and was very helpful when he showed us his office and the process of building the home. Things started to turn when he gave us a approximate time when we would receive a bid price. We eventually received it after several months past the time given. The price was also astronomical. We then asked for another bid due to the bid was incorrect because of added items to the floor plan. It's been several more months and now nothing back. Unfortunately Al was not very attentive and hardly got back to us. In the end, we are the buyer and want to feel comfortable with the builder of our forever home! We ended up not further using Wittstock for that reason.
