  Had vibrations on my truck a couple of garages failed to diagnose/fix. One company suggested change all four tires. another garage recommended going to witmer and they did a meticulous job of diagnosis and repair a few thousand mile of towing and it’s still running perfectly. Also did a good job of informing me on the way.

  We decided to try them for a pre-purchase inspection. Only good to say, from our first initial contact, through the entire process which took about 1.25 hrs for a thorough exam of the vehicle we brought in. Comfortable waiting area with coffee and snacks. Clean. Courteous. Highly recommend!

  I brought my Mercedes in to Bryan for a regular transmission service (70k mile service) at 64k miles. When I returned to pick up the car after service, I noticed the car bucking under moderate acceleration. I brought the car back the following day and both Bryan and Anthony said the car was perfect and they couldn't find anything wrong with it. I then picked up the car and was experiencing the same issues within minutes. I brought the car back on that Friday and personally took Bryan for a test ride in which he experienced exactly what I had mentioned. He personally checked the fluid and said there was no issues at all and at this point he's recommending a new transmission... I decided to pick up the car and bring it to Mercedes Benz to have them look over the problems... They found the transmission to be 3QT low on transmission fluid. I have since then mentioned this to Bryan and he's not holding his shop accountable. I would not recommend this shop as they do NOT stand behind their work. EDIT: Bryan contacted me being incredibly disrespectful, blowing up my cell phone and calling me 3 times in a row while I'm in a work meeting. He then decided to tell me that he won't hold up his obligations to fix my car even though the service was warrantied for 36,000 miles or 3 years unless I removed my reviews. This is a business that I've referred several people to, and to be met with this type of disrespect even though I gave him 4 separate opportunities to do the right thing and fix the car that he messed up. I then presented Bryan with the findings from mercedes which states that my car was 3QT's low on transmission fluid and now I need a new transmission that will cost $18,000. The warranty company will say this was a problem caused by the mechanic that performed the service and won't perform the work.
