I regret bringing my cat here.. they will not complete the task unless you will agree to drug your cat (with cbd then gabapentin).. hair cut is terrible-uneven and the most important area not even touched (belly and butt area).

My dog was in care by my veterinarian this morning for a dental surgery. Her canine tooth had an exposed root due to the negligence while under Wishbone and Wishbone staff care at the time of her grooming visit. I specifically wrote under the Q&A “Does your dog have a circumstance or situation that he or she is frightened of?” And answered that she does not like to be in a crate or confined in a small area. That day, I was unaware that my dog was put in a small room with the door closed. Her anxiety got the best of her and she ended up chewing on a metal water bowl that was hung on either a wall or door. I got a phone call and was told that she is bleeding inside her mouth when they went back to her to get groomed. I rushed over right away and noticed her canine was broken. I took her to see her doctor that afternoon. The doctor said to monitor her canine tooth. The staff called to check on my dog and apologized. I told them that she went to see her doctor and she apologized some more. We ended up having to get it removed today due to the discomfort she was having. What I have now is a large medical bill from my doctor that could have been avoided.
I initially didn’t want to write a review but I chose to write one to educate those who is receiving care or wish to receive care with Wishbone in hope that this does not happen to any pet owners and their pets in the future.
