  The food sucks. It's cold and expensive,music is to loud but I still go but won't eat there any more. Just a cheese burger costs 11 dollars.

  This review is regarding the customer service I have experienced over the last two days. Office hours are posted on the building of 9 A.M. to 5 P.M. as well as on Google for the same times. I stopped after work yesterday around 4:40. Vehicles were parked near the office and people could be seen inside. I knocked once and got no response. So I tried calling the phone number. I had to leave a voicemail. I tried knocking 2 more times separately and eventually someone answered the door and told me I would need to come back today between 9 am and 5 pm. I returned today at the same time to absolutely no one on the premises. My voicemail from yesterday was never returned and I assume my voicemail today will not be returned either. I wonder if this manner of customer service could be impacting ticket sales for those who don't care to set up an online account and pay all the added fees for purchasing tickets online.

  Used to a fun family event up until the last 2-3 years. They are now under new management and seemed to have somehow removed all of the fun elements from the games. Also, the food is now terrible - it used to be really good. We used to go to Rafters games every year, but now everyone in my family wants to leave after the 1st inning. Most people must feel the same way, as the game attendance seems to be about 10-25% of what it was a few years ago. Would no longer recommend
