  Fabulous experience! Winn Transportation was used for a wedding I attended and unfortunately I left one of my belongings on the bus. Jake was very accommodating and searched the bus early the next morning and met me there so I could retrieve it. Excellent customer service. Thank you!

  Winn Transportation is a company that cares deeply for their community. Winn transports hundreds of Richmond children each summer to Camp Hope. We are so grateful for how professional, timely, and gracious they with us. We couldn’t do what we do with you Winn - THANK YOU!!!

  I like the service and the flexibility. But I use them yearly. What I don't like is them increasing their prices on the same trips each reservation we make. I may eventually have to try another company as a result. Buses are in good condition if you get a good one by chance. I only really like the one driver they have because he has personality and really interact with the people so when you are hosting a lot of people that makes a difference and makes you excuse any other minor flaws. He is always in high demand and most time the time it'shard to get him. I did have one incident where I had to contact the emergency line due to a driver being late because the driver had gotten lost. The driver didn't call me, when I contacted the emergency line they were no help they asked did I want to reschedule. Why would I do that???? when I have over 50 people looking in my face, in real time! The emergency line got the driver to call me and we had to basically go find the bus and escort the driver in. Go figure and the company never mentioned, at least, as a common courtesy, giving us a discount towards our next trip especially since I use them yearly. SMH on that one!

  I lost my keys on the bus! These folks were kind enough to go out of their way to track me down and get them back to me. Rode with them in July. Buses are comfortable and well kept. Go with Winn.
