  Was up here super late Friday night 9/3/25 and even with all the chaos with walk-ins and online orders, Lexus made sure everyone was taken care of. Really went above and beyond to make sure nobody was left unserved or unnoticed and there was a lot going on. Thanks Lexus!

  The lady at the counter on Saturday, 9/6/25 at 2:55 pm was rude. I walked in to pick up my online order. She came out from the back like I ruined her day. No smile, no hello, no thank you, NOT A SINGLE WORD the entire transaction. What ever happened to "customer service"?

  Service was going good and I was going to give a 5 star rating until I saw my food. My wings were sitting in a pool of oil. It was disgusting. I’ve never had this issue the many years I’ve gone to Wingstop. Completely unacceptable. And then to add on top of that, I was given blue cheese instead of ranch. Complete waste of my time and money. I will not be returning.
