  Hi, I just wanted to reach out about an issue with our order from the Oakville Wingstop. We went on Friday, October 17th around 9:30 PM and got the Bundle for Two — boneless Hickory BBQ and Garlic Parmesan wings. When we started eating, we noticed some of the chicken looked pink inside, like it wasn’t fully cooked. A couple of days later, on Sunday, both of us got really sick — I was throwing up and had bad diarrhea. I’m not trying to cause trouble, but I wanted to let you know since it might be a food safety issue. I’d really appreciate if someone could look into this. Thanks, Grace Jones

  Don’t even think to order here bad service. Bad staff no one helps I. The website was down to place an order but rather than helping the girl said I cannot do anything. We said we are coming for pickup. But she said I cannot help you. If website is down then we cannot take any orders. Bad service. Never going there

  the worker pragya was super nice and patient she went above and beyond with her customer service and priortizes her customers, she should get a raise, were very happy with our service u should definitely go here!

  Wingstop never disappoints! The wings are always cooked perfectly—crispy on the outside, tender on the inside—and the flavour options are amazing. From classic hot to lemon pepper, there’s something for everyone. The fries and ranch are just as addictive as the wings. The service is quick, the staff are friendly, and the food always comes out fresh. If you’re craving wings, Wingstop is definitely the place to go! All love to the best cashier- Navdeep. 🫶
