How long is a rental?
Rental rates are for a single-use period. Prices are subject to change without notice. Special rates for longer rental periods are quoted upon request. The rental charge is applicable for all rental items delivered or picked up, whether or not those items are used. All rental items held beyond their due date will have additional charges assessed.
Is a deposit required?
A 25% deposit is required upon reservation that is non-refundable but goes towards the total of your rental. Any cancellation will result in the 25% withheld.
When is my payment due?
Orders must be paid in full at time of delivery of customer pickup.
Do I need a reservation?
During high business periods, we suggest a minimum of 4 weeks’ notice to reserve equipment. It is recommended that you order as early as possible. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required upon each reservation. Balance is due at the time of deliver/pickup. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Is there a charge for delivery?
Delivery charges are based on location and do not include set-up or take-down. This service is available for an additional fee.
Who does the setup and take-down?
This service is available for an additional fee.
Where do you deliver?

Is there someone to supervise the operation of the inflatables and water slides?
Attendants are available to run machines for an additional fee.
