Nice amenities (our kids loved the pool). Quiet surroundings with neighbors who all respect each other and work together to try to get along. It's safe area, with well lit grounds. We talked many nights and never felt any apprehension. Units are spacious with basements that offer lots a storage and versatility. Excellent choice for a two unit rental in Hooksett!
- ELEmma LeJun 20, 20242.0The yearly rent increases were higher than any apartment I've ever lived in. A couple friends were forced out when the rent went up $500 over 4 years. Would be a great place to live if they didn't bleed people dry.
