  Visited Windsor Federal near Price Chopper in Windsor to deposit a check & setup online banking. The 1st person I spoke with "Dylan" was not helpful at all. He was trying to get rid of me telling me to call customer service. The 1st number he gave me was a fax number! His coworker Leon overheard our conversation & took the appropriate initiative. He called the right department for me & I was able to get my account setup correctly. Leon was super helpful. Dylan, not so much. In the future, if I have to visit this branch again, I will wait patiently for Leon.

  The service at North Cental branch at exit thirty eight is awesome, the workers are very friendly and professional after driving across town my first stop for business is this branch, employees are always willing to help keep up the great JOB , North Cental blessings shalom...

  Knowledgeable, efficient and friendly tellers - Leon, Hannah and Matias. It is wonderful to have a local bank where I can know my tellers by name and be known by them, both when at the bank or in the community. Windsor Federal Bank is truly a community institution and a fine example of what makes Windsor great!

  Excellent bank been coming here for years. Never have any lasting issues anything wrong with the app or in person is cleared up right away. Definitely recommend using Windsor fed
