  I came in on Monday to return clothing that I had purchased but ended up not wearing to my event. The items were in perfect, unworn condition, and I brought the tags with me, though they were no longer attached. I was informed by the cashier that returns could not be processed without the tags being physically attached, so I politely asked if I could speak with a manager, given the total was over $130. Unfortunately, my experience with the manager was extremely disappointing. Rather than approaching the situation with professionalism or understanding, she was condescending and dismissive. She implied on multiple occasions that I was being dishonest, and insisted that we read the return policy out loud together, word for word—an approach that felt unnecessarily humiliating and disrespectful. At no point was I rude, loud, or confrontational. I simply asked for clarity and hoped for some reasonable flexibility. I’ve never experienced such unprofessional conduct from someone in a management position. The way I was treated was not only unacceptable but entirely uncalled for. Do better.

  the employee there was so rude. she literally barked "rules" at us about the changing room when we just didn't know. (I guess you can't be in there to help your daughter zip up a dress?) if she could have just kindly told us, we would have followed them and stayed to look more instead of leaving. definitely ruined our shopping experience there. will not be back. fortunately though, the next store we went to had wonderful customer service and we found the perfect Dress

  Store associates make it difficult to approach them when they have air pods in their ears & walking around like they don’t want to be bothered.
