  came in with my fiancé yesterday, trying to look for a last minute outfit no associate helping customers they look more bothered by customer asking for help especially the girl with the acne problem and glasses she has a straight face of not wanting to be at work and look mad at a women asking for help that look like she wanted to do an exchange on a red corset she look bothered and had straight face when the customer came up to her. and when my fiancé ask for assistance she answered so rudely and when ask for a price check on the register she didn't say the price she literally turn the register over to my fiancé and pointed at the price and quickly walk away from her we only ask because we saw the website having a different price from what it is in the store and we thought it could be a last minute price change this was just all purely rude

  I work retail I am actually a store manager I used to work for Windsor I usually don't leave reviews but this was the worst customer service I've ever had in my whole life two young ladies sitting at the counter having a whole conversation never looked up to see if I was okay or to even greet me if I wanted to steal I would have been able to because they didn't even customer service me. Then when I was ready to check out they still were having a conversation I had to ask to be rung up this is unacceptable and only reason why I brought earrings because I really like them I will not be coming back to that location to spend my money.
