  I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the behavior of a woman at the counter (who appeared to be a manager) during my recent visit. Her conduct was shockingly rude and unprofessional. Before I even checked out, she made several unnecessarily snide comments about where I was standing. After complying and moving exactly where she instructed, she deliberately ignored me rather than assisting with my purchase. She then demanded that I return to the dressing room to retrieve the hanger from my dress — something I’ve never been asked to do before — and refused to let me keep it. When another employee kindly offered to get it instead, this woman snapped at her as well, insisting that I retrieve it myself. Her tone and attitude were completely unwarranted and created an uncomfortable scene. Other customers in the store appeared visibly confused by her behavior, which only underscores how inappropriate and unnecessary it was. I sincerely hope this is not how she typically treats customers or coworkers, but given her demeanor, I am concerned this was not an isolated incident. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on your establishment

  Me encanta la ropa de este lugar, pero el personal de la tienda es súper grosero, no querían que pagara en efectivo, solo quería tarjeta le dije ok no lo llevo y luego me recibió el efectivo, son varias veces que la visito pero me cansé de la grosería del personal
